Mindful May

Coming to the close of Mindful May, we'd like to remind you to take just a few minutes everyday to practice mindfulness. Just 10 minutes a day practicing intentional mindfulness can help you feel more conscientious and connected for the rest of your day.

Spending time in nature, meditation/yoga, breathwork, walking barefoot on the ground, are practical and accessible ways to practice mindfulness.
